After official IQOS launch on Georgian market, our team is focused on creating personalized, more customer-oriented services for IQOS users.

We have created a warranty service that allows IQOS users, to use our technical support, within 12 months after purchasing the device. Also, we have introduced the IQOS Rental service, which allows adult smokers to rent an IQOS device for 7 days. Furthermore, our Installment service, which applies to IQOS 3 DUO and its accessories, is also available in our IQOS service centers.

Through our call center, IQOS Bot, and our Facebook page - IQOS Support Georgia, IQOS users can receive technical information and support related to their IQOS device usage from home. 

These are just a few of our initiatives.

To facilitate day-to-day and technical support for our IQOS customers, we are constantly expanding our service center coverage area. Today IQOS service centers are available throughout Georgia. However, for those adults, who are unable to visit our service centers, we have created a remote support service to make our environment fully customizable.
