What's covered:
Device malfunction: We'll fix factory faults occurring during the warranty period.
Faulty device: We'll replace defective components
Your remaning warranty will be transferred if you gift your IQOS to another adult user.
What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, etc.
loss of your IQOS device.

Each registered IQOS™ device is eligible for 2 years of voluntary warranty coverage.

 

Accidental Damage protection - reserved for IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices (1-time replacement per kit within the voluntary warranty period).
