How to Register Your Device?

Why register your device?

 

By registering an IQOS device on the profile, legal age users can use different services. In case of eligibility, as a part of IQOS official technical services available in Georgia, registered users can get a warranty, replace or Trade-In their devices (Trade-In available until the 31st of December). 

 

How to check available services?

 

First of all, check your device registration status. Sign in to your profile on IQOS.com and check the “My Devices” section. If there are no devices linked, here are convenient ways for you to register an IQOS device and check the warranty or available services. 

 

There are several ways through which you can register your IQOS device on the profile:

 

  1. Via Service Center- You can call our service center on the number 0800 003 003, and our agents will be happy to support you.

 

  1. Via Chat in our Viber Bot– You can chat with our agents via Viber bot and receive the service at your convenience.

 

  1. In our service center – Staring from 24th December additional service points will available, you can check the nearest stores via the map,  visit our point of sale and receive the service at your convenience. you can check the nearest stores via the map, visit our point of sale and receive the service at your convenience.
