Success means conducting business responsibly, which implies that our products should not be accessible to minors. Preventing minors' access to tobacco and nicotine-containing products is our highest priority.

Based on this responsibility, we highlight the key principles that serve the prevention of minors' access to tobacco and nicotine products:

• Our products are intended only for adults who consume tobacco or nicotine. Under no circumstances should minors have access to tobacco or nicotine containing products, nor should they have access to the devices and accessories associated with them and should not use the above mentioned products.
• The involvement of all our partners in preventing minors' access to tobacco and nicotine-containing products is critically important.
• Every consumer intending to purchase a product must be at least 18 years of age.
• If a representative has doubts regarding a consumer's legal age, the representative may request an identity document. In the event that the consumer refuses to present the document or is a minor, the sale of the product or the provision of information about the product is prohibited - without exception.
• Tobacco and nicotine-containing products should not be placed near products that are particularly attractive to minors, for example, next to toys or sweets.
