Changes in Our Consumer Service During Covid-19 Restrictions

Due to latest Covid-19 restriction on retail operations, not all our service points are operating.

To ensure safety and meet the need of our legal age customers, we transformed our services:

  1. Full service points- IQOS support, warranty services, Trade-In service, purchase of IQOS device, IQOS accessories and HEETS (Heating Tobacco Sticks) Find Full List On the Map.
  2. Service and warranty - If you are not able to get to our service points, call 0800 003 003 and in case of eligibility, your device replacement will be delivered to you.
  3. IQOS Device selling points - You can purchase IQOS device at following locations, view mapfor the nearest to you locations.
  4. HEETS (Heated Tobacco Sticks) selling points- For your convenience we have increased number of selling points where you can buy HEETS, view map for the nearest to you locations.
