General Information About the Trade-in Service

Manufacturers of electronic devices offer customers a Trade-in service, which allows users to replace an old device with a new model while ensuring proper recycling - contributing positively to environmental protection.

Under the Trade-in program, by selling an unwanted or unusable electronic device of a specified category and type, an adult customer can choose a preferred new model and pay the price difference. All collected devices are recycled.

"IQOS Georgia" and the Trade-in Service

IQOS Georgia offers registered adult users the opportunity to replace their old IQOS device with a new one by paying the price difference. This process ensures the proper collection and environmentally responsible recycling of device-related waste, in compliance with ecological standards and the law.

As part of the Trade-in service, official IQOS retail stores will purchase unwanted, unusable, and/or damaged electronic devices from customers at a predetermined price. Customers can then purchase a new device model of their choice by paying the price difference.
