General Information About the Trade-in Service

Electronic device manufacturers offer customers a Trade-in service, which involves replacing an old device with a new model.

Within the Trade-in, by selling an unwanted or unusable electronic device of a specified category and type, an adult customer has the opportunity to receive the device model they choose and pay the price difference. In addition, the devices purchased from customers are recycled, which has a positive impact on the environment.

 “IQOS Georgia” and the Trade-in Service

IQOS Georgia gives registered adult users the opportunity to replace their old IQOS device with a new one and pay the price difference, which will ensure proper collection of the waste generated by the device and its recycling in compliance with ecological standards and the law.

Within the Trade-in service, the retail outlet will buy an unwanted, unusable, and/or damaged electronic device from the customer at a pre-determined price and will give the customer an opportunity to purchase the new model they choose by paying the price difference.

To receive the Trade-in, the customer must have an ID card or passport with them. The Trade-in service is available at the official IQOS retail locations.
